  I have successfully installed Active X, however I am still unable to view and print the Ticket for Payment

  I tried to view and print the Ticket for Payment after successfully lodging a Pre-Advise and/or Pick up Order but I am not able to.
What do I do?

To download Active X, please follow the steps below:
1) Download by clicking the red pin in the attached column
2) Click on Save when the Download dialogue box appears and save the file on your local PC
3) Double click on the downloaded file and click on RUN to install
4) Once done, click finish to complete the process
